Seriously, I think this will be his defense. Y’all mean people are being ableist for making fun of his informational processing handicap, or something. Also, he’s a genius with a 158 IQ and you’re too stupid to see how right his is about everything that his autism doesn’t prevent him from being wrong about.

That won’t be a defense in court.

And misidentifying a woman is grounds for a suit, for sure. After all, he could have someone else competent cross check it.
