When it becomes clear that Verified users get special treatment on twitter, it’s hard not to see it as a reward and an endorsement. This is yet another example of Twitter pandering to the fucking nutcases and putting the lie to any paeans toward inclusion and cracking down on abuse. The folks who run the service are blatant enablers.
