I’m pretty sure that would be knocked down as grossly excessive and disproportionate punishment under Supreme Court cases Coker v. Georgia (1977; rape case with a death penalty) and expanded in Kennedy v. Louisiana (2008; where the court ruled the death penalty is unconstitutional where murder did not occur or in crimes against the State).
In other words, this is a non-starter. We are not the Philippines or Singapore.
