I spent this afternoon taking to some very interesting people. They’re a gay charity that does work with gay friendly churches and organizations. They can get her a wheelchair ramp and even a hot tub in the backyard for bathing. They can also arrange for counseling, financial assistance and some healthcare stuff.
The most awkward thing was the uncomfortable emails between my ex-boss and I. We really don’t like each other much but once I explained the situation to him he decided to help.
