I suspect there might be some individualised violence (a single wingnut with a gun, for example), but I am not sure that a large scale wingnut terrorist attack like Oklahoma City would happen.

There will be dust-ups at polling places, if for no other reason than to push the narrative that there were “inconsistencies” and “incidents” regarding the election and allowing the outcome to be questioned.
