That kind of number would take an unmitigated epic level debacle, like an attempted invasion of Iran that was successfully repelled with the loss of two carrier groups, combined with a successful Chinese invasion of Taiwan, a stock market crash, $10 a gallon gas, an ACA repeal with no replacement and a severe undermining of Social Security and Medicare.
