One can get a head injury from whiplash. Anything that whips one’s brain around like that can be known as a ‘neurological insult’. And headaches are a more familiar ailment.

Technical term for that brain injury is “Coup-Contrecoup Injury” because the brain smacks one side of the inner skull and then hits the opposite side.
