So I sat through “Judge” Napolitano on Bill Hemmer’s Fox show this evening. The judge started to make a devastating case: Mueller found something, but let’s be clear, he can’t pursue it; it was at the level that a judge in SDNY approved. Is this big? asked Hemmer. Yes and no! says the judge. It’s probably about the $130K and what Cohen told the bank, so it’s bank fraud. [Big lean and implication time]: if so this has nothing to do with Trump and will be “seismic” in Trump’s response! [wink wink, fire Mueller]

I kinda think 130k bank fraud might not have been enough for this warrant. But IANAL and am definitely doing the speculation dance.
