Repeating myself, but we should all remember that Trump got more votes than any other Republican who has run for President.

Come the fall, I wonder what percentage of his 2016 vote total will be the final result?

Sure, the Trumpers are pretty quiet on my Facebook timeline, but some of them appear to have unfriended me anyway. The remaining ones are very quiet, for now. Only one has posted a Trump-promoting meme in the past 10 days or so.

Biden is going for the token VP - I am sorry to use the word “token” but that is my gut reaction to the short list that keeps getting floated. If he picks any woman, or any person of color, I fully expect that most of the people who voted for Trump to react negatively to Biden’s choice and vote for Trump again.

Because Trumpers knew what Trump was in 2016. They voted for Trump exactly because he is Trump. He is what they want.

I suspect Biden will win anyway because PA and MI and AZ and probably FL are going to swing just enough to Biden to flip those electoral votes.

That’s why no one is trying for the Trump voters except for the Lincoln Project people.

And I’m sorry, but if Kamala Harris or any other woman is token then just give it all up now.
