I don’t think Killgore is trying to discredit conservatives. He’s trying to point out kooks. I’m a conservative in the mold of Barry Goldwater- the founder of the modern conservative movement, which is sadly dead. Killgore has told me he likes Goldwater, so I fail to see how he’s trying to discredit conservatives. In fact, were Senator Goldwater alive today, you bet your sweet bippy he’d be denouncing these nazis and other kooks.

But that’s my point. Neither of you is correct in declaring that the tea parties and their participants are all “kooks.” However much you would like it to be true.
