Okay, but let’s break this down.

One side believes it will win because the polls, both state and national, show their candidate leading by 6-9 points in the popular vote.

The other side believes it will win DESPITE the polls, both state and national, showing their candidate trailing by 6-9 points in the popular vote.

One side is has a view of the race that is supported by data. The other side has a view to the race that runs counter to the data.

Fraud could well have swung the 1960 election for Kennedy, but that involved a very close race where a few thousand votes in a specific place could make the difference. Trump supporters are apparently too stupid to understand that it would take 10 million or more fraudulent votes, spread all over the country, to swing an actual Trump win to the kind of margin for Hillary that we are seeing in the polls.
Otoh, they might also be stupid enough to imagine that 10 million fraudulent votes could be cast and counted. For all they know, the Dems have 100,000 chartered buses and half a million volunteers waiting to shuttle repeat voters from one polling place to another.
