According to Gizmondo, the Julian Assange account on Twitter is real, not fake. (They note there is a fake one as well, with two letters N in the name, also with a blue diamond.)

They also note that Assange puts the blue diamond in his name because he apparently thinks he should have the verified checkmark (they also note he is pathetic).

There’s at least another fake Assange Twitter account, with two Ls in ‘Julian’ in the username; it’s been mistakenly quoted here a couple of times recently.
