Honestly, what annoys me most is that they have very bad Cuban accents. There were a few Cuban American actors on that film. And it was just before Andy Garcia got his start, so I’m not entirely sure I could actually name someone. Put it this way, if that movie got (re)made today (since it was a remake anyway), and they still went with Scarface being Hispanic, I think the casting director would be much more aware of what they were doing.

Oh I hear ya. I thought Pacino sounded like a cartoon character. It’s too bad because he CAN act.
