I did not say the “group” that took over Bosnia. I said their president was a former SS supporter - he may have supported the SS for his own nationalist local reasons but he chose to support the SS and on top of that he was an anti-democracy and anti-secularist Islamist -even if we are told by Bosniac apologists the Bosnian Muslims were mostly not (and most Germans didn’t vote for Hitler either). Clearly, the majority of the Bosniac voters had no problem with his SS legacy. The Serbs did. I sympathize with the Serbs for them feeling as they did if Bosnia was to be ruled by such a man with such a legacy.

Are you saying victims of the Nazis like the Serbs were should have ignored that this was who would be in charge of them in Bosnia? The Croatian nationals also re-emerged with Nazi era nationalist symbols and rhetoric. After what the Serbs suffered at Croatian nationalist hands during WW2 (not that long ago in the 1990s) how would you have expected the Serbs to react?
