I’m gonna say, yeah, he’s okay with it. Gaffney’s one of those ‘Civilizational Conservatives’ always looking for The Final Clash Of Civilizations! The Battle To The Death Between Good And Evil!!!, and he sees White, Christian Russia as an ally against the Swarthy Muslim Hordes, even while Russia cracks down on Evangelicals trying to convert Orthodox Christians to their own peculiar brand.
