I was 14 at the time and living in a Republican household, so was in the GHW Bush camp because I didn’t really know any better (though I suspect had I been old enough at the time, I’d have preferred Bush to Clinton).

I wasn’t very active but I was in college and it was the first federal election I was eligible in so I voted for Clinton. That Thanksgiving my older half-brother made a giant scene over it, screaming at me that I wanted “to give everything to the *n-words*.” Everyone was mortified, good times. He would’ve been a huge Trumper if he hadn’t died a few years ago from complications of alcoholic cirrhosis.
