Speaker Pelosi will call Trump’s bluff in two weeks and let him declare a state of emergency. His getting his ass handed to him by the SCOTUS on this will be epic.

Unfortunately, we have a Trump friendly SCOTUS (to a point, anyway). So he’s not necessarily going to get his ass to handed to him.
