My childhood home, in South Pasadena, California, still stands. The current owners haven’t really done much with it beyond a different exterior paint scheme.

It was built by my dad back in 1958.

My family’s old house in Gary Indiana, also built around 1958, is still standing and inhabited, unlike a lot of the other ones on out block
