Pre Obama. So what. B Hussein was working with the Dems on the economy well before the 20th. His Dems control Congress and could have rejected it. Furthermore, B Hussein could publicly chastise them and insist they give it back. He had no trouble making Citibank give back their jet.

Calling it Pre-Obama is a lie. There was no opportunity for Bush to veto it even if he ran around the Capitol madly waving a pen.
