Ideally, we would have executives in the government who were excellent in crisis, as well as excellent delegators for the day to day stuff.
OR, at least have executives who know what their strengths/weaknesses are, and who aren’t afraid to hire aides who fill in the weak spots. No one has strengths in all areas; and the key is to find folks to work for you who fill in the blanks.
