Yea I know… but we’re talking 3 felonies here.

What kind of felonies and in what time period.

a 21 year old, who has robbed three times or a 29 year old career criminal.

Frankly, the more stupid the crime, the more likely the criminal is in need of special education.

I’ve come to believe there really are that many “stupid” people. Just people who don’t learn the way most schools are set-up to teach.

In a perfect world, we have the ability to adjudicate each criminal on an individual basis and sentence them according the the best needs of the individual and society.

But, we are human …
