I take your point, but you’re talking about a point of law. I have an 18-year-old daughter and I can tell you many 18-year-olds still are children in some respects.

Conceded, but given the history of black men being called ‘Boy’, I’m not going to call an 18-year old black male a ‘child’, I’m going to call him a ‘man’ or simply a ‘male’ if he has done something really bad (a situation that does not apply to Michael Brown, to be clear).
