re: #255 Big Beautiful Door
It frustrates me when people here say no Democratic sexual predator should resign from office until Trump does. Is that really the message we want to send to woman voters? Shouldnāt the Democrats be energizing women to get politically active, vote, and run for office by categorically rejecting Trump, rather than letting him set our moral standards in the gutter?
It frustrates me to see this incessant mansplaining to women about how we feel about this. As if we havenāt experienced actual sexual predation and real sexual harassment and well know the difference between these and a fanny pat at a party. You apparently donāt since you insist on putting them all in the same box.
It frustrates me to see a claimed ally insisting throwing Democrats under the nearest bus without due process. Though the party has taken the accusations seriously and called for investigations as is proper procedure, you claim that we are āembracingā sexual predation. I submit that both cannot be true simultaneously. I see a party that is sane and well morally grounded the way these accusations are being handled both by the party and the men accused.Thatās the message this woman voter is receiving.
Iāve been seeing a whole lot of Democrat party outreach to women. Havenāt you? Were you not paying attention to the last election? Have you not been seeing here the number of posts about the record number of Democrat women running for offices?
