I just dropped my middle schooler off after his dental appointment. Students were outside doing a walk out there. There was supposed to be a 17-minute all-school reading of names at my other kid’s high school, but they had a snow day.

I was flipping through stations on the radio in the car and heard Ingraham saying that the “never again movement is getting out of control.” “Are kids going to start walking out once a week? Left-wing teachers don’t care; it makes their jobs easier; and Clooney and Oprah don’t care; this thing has Soros’ fingerprints all over it….” Then she ended with “enough is enough” concerning the student protests. Evil person with no sense of shame or irony.

I notice the crowd of wingnuts making the biggest fuss over this are too young to have protested Vietnam/Civil Rights, thus having no real-life experience with what mass protest looks like. To them, the idea of mass protest makes no sense unless money is involved…or the protestors are wingnuts.
