Taco Bell employee refused to take written order from man who is deaf, video shows (Cincinnati Enquirer)

A deaf man going through a drive-through tried to hand a written order to the clerk. The clerk insisted the company will not accept orders that way. When he insisted on his order (writing notes on a cell phone and showing them to the clerk), he was told if he didn’t leave the restaurant would call 911 and have the cops remove him.

Taco Bell itself says that is not company policy, the franchise owner was contacted, the worker was fired, and the whole restaurant will go through training on customer service.
