Anybody good at extracting/downloading video embedded at Web pages?

Normally, I’m good at it, but I’m having real trouble with this one. It’s related to this thread - -Gaza protests in SF.

If you know how to extract the video (i.e. download to hard drive) from this page, either tell me how to do it, or do it yourself and send it to me!

I can get it for you, but it might be a really large file. How do you want me to get it to you?
