Nicely done, Japan. Not big on sports, less on soccer, even less on women’s. (Sorry.) But that game was epic to watch.

As for Murdoch, this scandal will not bring down Fox News in the US. I would bet a substantial amount of money on it. Ailes is too smart and the network has too much cover from a major political party. As David Frum recently said… the GOP used to think Fox worked for them, and has discovered it’s the other way around.

I dunno… what if it turns out there was something fishy about how they got the bill passed to repeat consolidation rules? This episode is in fact a perfect example of why the consolidation rules existed to begin with…
