They’d have lasted a couple weeks longer, maybe a month. But Poland would still have lost, given the power disparity. Polish infantry battalions were equal to their German counterparts, but German regiments had more artillery and once you got to the division level the gap grew wide. German divisions had far more trucks than Polish ones, more 37mm anti-tank guns, more AA guns, and more artillery (both guns and mortars). German also had more tanks and more aircraft.
