i was just amazed when we were predicting and now am still amazed that wallace likely let trump lie to his face about a conversation between the two of them

the implication of which is trump is calling wallace a liar as well as explicitly calling clinton one

Wallace is a Fox News hack that practices just enough journalism to maintain a shred of credibility. Having Trump lie to his face is nothing for Wallace.

Poker analogies work well for this debate. It’s as if Wallace dealt trump a fistful of aces from the bottom of the deck, only to see Trump discard the aces one by one in an unsuccessful attempt to fill a 4-flush. The 4-flush was then thrown on the table at the end to claim victory.
