A Republican non-Trumper friend (voted for Gary Johnson) supported part of Trish D’s skepticism. She always believed that Obama was an atheist who pretended to be Christian, because politics (and maybe family). She wasn’t a fan of Obama but his religion or lack thereof was of no concern to her.
