Oh wait, it doesn’t help the employee. It just helps the employer.

At the same time that CEOs are giving themselves 8%+ raises, they’re also saying that they’re going to hold down wage increases, or not give wage hikes this year to employees.

The folks who create get screwed.
The folks who take get all the bonuses and benefits - including the stock buybacks and shareholder perks of ownership.

The trickle down isn’t.
