Why? I mean they’ve proven that a lot of gene sequence code isn’t protecting against malware because, well, it wasn’t expecting it. It’s also a proof of concept. Hacking in this case isn’t going to be your typical type of attack. To tell you the truth, this really just proves that DNA encoding really is like any other software.
