While we’re expanding the House (how many seat would fit into the chamber? 600, 650? and the courts (a supreme for every circuit; and are some of the circuits too big, too unwieldy, too many cases, maybe some of them should be split in half), we also need to expand the immigration courts. There’s a huge backlog of people who are legitimately entitled to a hearing before a judge.

I think the 5th, 9th, and 11th should be split. The Supreme Court should match the overall number of circuits, as had been the case for decades. Require that the Senate must consider and vote on all judicial nominations regardless of party - up/down vote.

More/better representation in Congress is a good thing. GOP knows that growing Congress and the EC would undermine their control further, because they are already a minority party.
