I think immeasurable would be more accurate. No quantitative way to know the exact benefit that the alliance with the USA has on them . Fictional would indicate that there is ZERO benefit. If you think that it is zero, so be it

No one makes a deal with the devil for zero benefit.

But the benefit doesn’t make the devil any less a devil.
