This all could have been avoided if the dems had crafted and passed a budget for fiscal year 2011 back (no later than) July of 2010 when they had the majority in both houses as well as the While House

I don’t know why they didn’t do that but I think it’s stupid for Republicans to blame the Dems for trying to pass a bipartisan budget. It’s like saying “You’re stupid to think I would be rational enough to cooperate”.
