What’s frustrating as already pointed out there are definitely legitimate criticisms of past U.S policy in the region. To me the Guardian is exploiting that and using that to condone autocratic methods by the Maduro government and that sucks.

Given a forced choice between leftist autocrats and rightist autocrats, I’ll go with the lefties.
