Chuck Todd is getting schooled by a guy by the name of Abbe Lowell (former House of Reps council) who represents folks on classified information cases. Even though Chuck is trying hard to break his thinking Lowell is not deterred.

His basic take is Hillary did not knowingly put the information in emails into the hands of anyone outside the state department network. All the emails were to staff and others intended to receive the information. That kills any thought of her being criminally reckless with the info

He mentions the Petraeus case being totally different because the Petraeus info did get into the hands of outside the loop people…his girlfriend who also happened to be a journalist as well as others.

He had some other good stuff too. Hopefully there will be more such reasonable takes to outweigh all the GOP outrage…as displayed by Jason Chaffetz who was on just prior to Lowell.

That’s good. Wolf B. was just trying to hammer HRC to win points and Conn. Senator Murphy did a good job responding; but Wolf would just ask the same question over and over: “but she’s basically guilty, right?” Wolf Blitzer sucks.
