Let’s pretend I live in suburban western PA, and want to run for Congress. Some programmed dolt asks me what my “values” are… and I respond:

Exploitation of the poor by the rich and powerful is our primary social problem. And why do the masses of the poor let this happen? Because they are manipulated by those who are experts at exploiting religious impulses, your fear of death, occupying your time in mindless repetition of words wrongly attributed to a largely mythical god. We must be set free of all these millstones of antiquity.

However, I can see Lamb voting to criminalize abortion and arming school teachers. Without fucking hesitation.

I get that PA 18 probably isn’t exactly happy about things like the Civil Rights Act and people who don’t treat guns as holy venerated objects. The guy has spent so much time telling everyone he’s just as conservative as Sacconne, I’m skeptical he’ll have the party’s back.
