Houston is flooding and Toddy is bitching because teachers don’t want religion in their classrooms. Listen, if you want to raise your kids in a religious manner, that’s fine. In fact, all my dad’s brothers and sisters graduated from parochial schools. But it doesn’t have a place in public schools. If you want to enroll your kids in a private school that endorses your religious beliefs, go for it, you can in this country but don’t expect a publically subsidized school to pander to your religious beliefs.
