Not being confirmed to the Supreme Court is not the same as having one’s life ruined. There is no entitlement to serving as a SCOTUS Justice. If that were the case, millions of us could argue that our lives are being ruined because we don’t have that opportunity. Graham is such a dumb person, it’s a wonder he can breathe and walk at the same time.

If he’s not confirmed, it’s likely he will lose his current judgeship. Especially if Ford initiates an investigation.
