Most illegals are here for economic improvement. They can feed their kids in Mexico as well. They will not return to the US if it means prison.

Those truly fleeing for safety should ask for asylum, the US has always been generous.

The US does not grant asylum to people whose hometown is overrun with gunslinging narcotraficantes. If we did, we’d have a lot more refugees than we do.

As for ‘they can feed their kids in Mexico as well’…no. Not as well.

I don’t say we don’t need to enforce and deter illegal immigration better, but I’ve worked with too many people who came to the US illegally to judge anyone coming here.
