OR, at least have executives who know what their strengths/weaknesses are, and who aren’t afraid to hire aides who fill in the weak spots. No one has strengths in all areas; and the key is to find folks to work for you who fill in the blanks.

A sign of a good leader is the ability to hire good people and properly delegate according to the needs of an organization and based on the abilities of those people.
