Usually, my anger is directed at a thing. But I get your point.
However, CL did point out that, for anger to be useful, it must be controlled. To be honest, I have some trouble with that. It will be hard and take some time, but I will continue to try and gain complete control over my emotions.
Since you were talking about guns, uncontrolled anger is a sawed-off shotgun that has shells filled with birdshot; controlled anger is an assault rifle with a scope.
