One can get a head injury from whiplash. Anything that whips one’s brain around like that can be known as a ‘neurological insult’. And headaches are a more familiar ailment.

I was working for a major insurance company and they gave ME shit when I got whiplash after being rear-ended (with about $6k in damage)…not to mention the pain from the seatbelt strangling me. Luckily, a neckbrace for a couple of weeks and I was just fine. But that tip came from one of the loss people, who was a friend of mine.
