I don’t know if it will continue, but they’re doing it up here in the SF Bay Area too. Presumably the whole state.

It is statewide and it is absolutely the best thing to come out of this so far. I want it to stay.

(I was so grateful because I was really looking forward to our planned cheat day with a margarita from our favorite local place last week and then the statewide shutdown happened but then this and we were able to get them to go and it was like Christmas.)

Enough fabric for when you start quilting? Ah grasshopper, Mrs cranky could open a fabric store with her stock and yet magically more fabric arrives. And she cranks out quilts constantly.

Still practicing your harp? In your copious spare time?

That has been on hold, I’m afraid. I’m very good at tackling my normal to do list but I need to be better about putting together the “fun and hobbies” to do list and actually doing some of those?

And I have heard stories of this from various quilters. I may have visited two quilt stores in the same small town in Oregon on our road trip just before this all started and ended up showing the one fabric I’d bought at the other. She may not have regarded that as the most helpful since she decided she needed some of it too. Oops. (I, of course, had to support both, and got a lovely selection of blue batiks there.)
