I don’t think that Allah would be that cruel to His followers. He understand the difference between intent and accident.

On the other hand, He’s not likely to be kind to the people who thought this idea up.

You’re right that the Qur’an says Allah forgives the act of eating or being contaminated by pork if it is accidental. But don’t worry, the Qur’an contains plenty of cruelty from Allah elsewhere.
