Good riddance. I can’t imagine Gilberton keeping him on as his behavior would be a lawsuit waiting to happen.

The odd thing is that he already cost Gilberton 15 grand when a resident sued after being illegally strip searched by Kessler. The judge found that the search was conducted entirely as an act of revenge against one of Kessler’s enemies. That’s an expensive judgment for such a small town. I have no idea why he wasn’t fired after that incident except that maybe they were afraid to fire him.
