It’s just a press release and one written in an extremely hostile tone that leads me to doubt it has an credibility. Note that Steven Haas at no point in his press release details what the fraud against him was and he felt compelled “file the Complaint in an alternative venue” because a bankruptcy court judge failed to address issues that Haas claims to be ‘frauds’.
