While I see why Musk would want a cut of the Military launches ($$$$) I think he should concentrate on manned space flight. Get a man rated Dragon capsule certified for both low earth orbit and lunar/mars insertion.

With the Russians pulling out of the ISS in the near future (not to mention that we are currently dependent on them to get us there) this is vital.

We must have a way to transport our own people into space with out having to rely on a second party
