I’d point out that anyone receiving treatment for a medical condition within the United States ,even if they are here illegally, has their medical privacy protected by HIPPA and other laws. So yeah, if medical staff reveal information about the people they are caring for that they have duty to keep confidential, then they damn sure should face arrest. Being arrested is, after, what happens when you commit a crime and willful public disclosure of confidential medical information of a child is indeed a crime.
